  • I love Pilates and find it to be an incredible tool for many people looking to reach a variety of health and wellness goals. However, traditional Pilates is not always the best fit for pregnant and postpartum individuals (for example, intense ab work is not great when your abs are all stretched out!). I use what I have learned over the past decade teaching Pilates and studying other movement modalities to provide exercises or workouts that are not only safe for the stage you are in, but also tailored to your specific complaints, goals, habitual posture, etc. It is based on the principles of Pilates and adapted to your body!

  • Every body and every situation is different. I often help clients manage and even reverse these common postpartum issues. However I am not a physical therapist and thus my scope of practice with certain pelvic issues is limited. If needed, I can refer you to a reputable pelvic health physical therapist. Working as a team we can take your healing to the next level.
